Autum is a shelving system that gives a new take on the standard bookshelf. It is uniquely designed to give the effect of a leafless tree. To us, the bookshelves color and design seem to mimick the look of an Autumn tree that’s lost all its leaves. Autum is a nice change from ordinary bookshelves and it offers loads of possibilities. With varying heights and widths you can find storage for numerous items that wouldn’t usually fit on a book shelf.

A rug is an easy and relatively affordable way of changing the whole feel of a room in your home and with so many beauties available out there you’re spoilt for choice.



Here are just a handful of the most noteworthy rugs from the internet:
This rug is from arearugs.co.uk and its simple but chic. It has an interesting design that seems to pay homage to Mondrian’s famous painting Composition with Yellow, Blue, and Red, 1921. Can you see the similarity going on here? This rug would be great for people that want to create some perspective in their hall or living room because the lines of the rug draw the eye along and into the distance.
Then there is the Boom rug from STILE BK. The rug is designed by an Italian company and then woven in Tibet. This rug would work well in a room that already has bold block colours in it but also could work equally well in a simple, unfussy hallway.This one is from www.wovenground.com, its called Colour Tones unsurprisingly. The rug is a great way of adding colour to a room as well as cosiness and warmth. Plus, because of all the different colours in the rug you have a choice as to whether you want to create a new colour scheme using accessories that compliment and pick up the tones in the rug itself.

House Decoration : Refin Ceramic’s Fabulous Tiles

Refin Ceramic are really changing what tiling means. They are bringing a whole new definition to the term ’tiled walls’ with their bright, boisterous and eye catching tile designs.



This room has been livened up using one of the many borders that Refin Ceramic sell.
The white background of the room is complimented amazingly well by the 60’s inspired retro pattern of the tile border and it just adds that wow factor to a room that might otherwise feel cold and clinical.
The second room below is a great demonstration of how all Refin’s products tie in together to create a whole look.The peachy colored tiles on the main wall make for a nice change to boring plain bathroom tiles giving the room a warm hue. The space is lifted even further by the intricate almost Islamic design of the border tiles on the wall panel, which adds interest and personality to both the bathroom and the room behind it.

Door without keys with the Numlock Handle

Designed by designer Jess Han the Numlock Handle is an innovative solution for those of you who want to enter your home without using keys. This design concept for a mechanical lock could be the ideal solution to the keyless lock problem.




Numlock Handle is unlocked when you roll its four tumblers to the correct numbers, and then after you’ve gained entry it automatically jumbles up the tumblers to lock the door behind you. The idea is good especially if you have a room where you want to keep some valuable things, but to time consuming for the front door ( especially if you are in a hurry ).

Simple and Minimalistic Perpetual Wall Calendar

Numbers and days of the week can be manually rotated to designate the proper day and date. The calendar measures 10.25″ in diameter and is in good overall vintage condition, but does show surface wear.
